Whirlwind of a Week

I have been working at our other location this week, which is different…and I did learn a lot. I can’t judge it because I am sure everybody has been on their best behavior. It is mostly fun to mess with the accounts that we share. You can hear it in their voice……something isn’t right here. The ones who get it right away are fun too, when they say “wait I dialed the wrong number” or “why are you at the wrong place?”  It’s the simple things that amuse me.

My daughter hasn’t given me any good material for a while……until tonight. She has been watching Supernatural from the beginning on Netflix and is on season two. On the CW tonight is a rerun from season 7 or 8 and she decides to watch it. She comes to me and says “this is why I can’t skip episodes, they are talking about Lucifer and I don’t know who that is!” How many years of CCD did her dad pay for? She has seen almost every scary movie out there, I am just shocked. When I told her who that was she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Well we’re not on a first name basis and I never paid any attention in CCD anyways!”

I started a new book on Monday and I was sucked in right away….13548909

I need to know why Elly can’t remember and what words did Itsy speak? What happened the day the Amore’s died? I have only been reading it at lunch so I’m only about 1/2n way through it, and I am emotionally attached to all of the characters except Cooper. So far I like it a lot.

Z is quite the super dog! This super strong beagle has broken two runs this week. I bought her a chain made for a run and now it sounds like Jacob Marley is haunting the side of my house. That cracks me up every time I say it AND my daughter knew who that was.

I have so much to do before my party on Saturday..it’s a good thing I took a vacation day on Friday!!    -Zia
