It seems like forever since I posted and it’s only been three days. Time has been acting up lately and for once I know it’s not just me.
My appointment with my doctor went well on Wednesday. She is just as stumped as I am and she agrees with the symptoms being random. I am going to have to have the allergy test where they stick the little needles in your back. I’m not sure if that will really help? I am definitely reacting to food, especially on my face so it can’t hurt. She also sent in the referral for a colonoscopy…I have been dodging that bullet for more than five years now. They did call me while I was at work today but I didn’t call them back….I will…on Monday. She also ran some extra thyroid tests in my blood work so I will be curious to see those results and compare the results from the last two years.
I asked about the bone density test and since my yearly doctor’s appointment with my Ob-Gyn is next Wednesday…. that technically falls under her jurisdiction so I will ask her about it.
I think I found my next haircut and it was hairdresser approved. I am really feeling the boho vibe as of late and she assured me that she can show me how to achieve that look in addition to this sleeker cut. The Boy and Girl both say it’s a “may I please speak to your manager” haircut but they will just have to get over it.
I’m just tired of the same old same old. I need a change…something new. I’m supposed to go to a winery on Wednesday with the optician for a rep thing. I know I will get a coupon for a free lens but I would also like to find a fun frame to try my first progressive in….I have a narrow bridge so it’s really hard to find a frame that fits me face. I have to wait two weeks for the haircut and who knows how long for the new lenses?
I also popped into the Goodwill and found a candle holder for my candle holder. I know exactly how my almost fire started last week and while I have been using these little candle holders for more than ten years and never had an issue….I am using extra precautions these days. Especially since the slew of fires we have had locally. It may look funny but I will take safe over sorry any day.
Today was your average dark depressing Ohio day with some snow tossed in to the mix. Today dragged horribly! I never thought five o’clock would come. Thankfully it did and I am home in comfy clothes figuring out my list for the weekend.
