Wrapping it Up

Today was the end of my recharge week. I mostly lived like a hermit, I didn’t push myself to “accomplish” things, and just kind of went with the flow.  I’m not sorry I chose to kick back and chill.

I think I should point out that my chin is completely clear. No stress, minuscule mask wearing, and complete control of my diet. All factors combined made a difference. Most days I woke up in time to take a picture of sunrise which at this time of the year is 7:20ish.  If something woke me up too early it was no big deal…I could take a nap whenever I felt like it. It was a great week!

Friday I ran into TJ Maxx….nobody runs in and out of TJ Maxx, what was I thinking? I did buy some bags for Christmas. They are not Christmas bags but they are green with red and feature dogs….I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to get these wreaths into bags and TJ Maxx is empty and way behind. I’m sure it’s because of the Rona…everything is because of the Rona. I stand by my dog bag choice. The bags still need to be embellished but for the most part they are done.

Every one of the wreaths turned out different, this is one of them…The angle of this picture is awful but I think it’s cool that they are made of upcycled coffee bean bags. A lot of work went into these so hopefully they go over well.

Today I decided to sit down and get to know my Cricut. It only took 10 months. I cut out a couple black cats from the repositionable vinyl and some circles out of a pale blue adhesive backed vellum. The black cats were for the windows and the velum circles are for the Blue Moon Reiki charged bath salts (labels) I will make this Halloween. I didn’t make anything extraordinary but it’s a start. It’s very overwhelming…now that the Cricut has a permanent home I am hoping to watch a youtube tutorial every few days until I get the hang of this thing.

I wasn’t planning on leaving the house today until I received 2- 50% Jo Ann Fabrics coupons in my email and 2-60% off coupons in the app…I had to go.  I used the four coupons and then I was out the door. I didn’t even look at the doorbusters or other sales. I only bought what I could use now…I’m getting better.

I came home and food prepped and now I’m here. I am hoping to feel this recharged tomorrow when I walk into a weeks worth of paperwork. Regardless…it will all work out in the end….Zia
