I know I ranted on my last post but sometimes you just have to…. Shortly after that post I had a talk with a coworker who was recently diagnosed with pre diabetes. I assured her that it wasn’t a huge deal and she should be able to control it with food. I suggested that she go on Netflix and watch The Magic Pill, it’s a great place to start. That documentary helped me a lot when I started having food reactions, it was a game changer!
I thought I could use a refresher so I had the Girl put it on…only it’s not on Netflix anymore. The guy who made it was labeled an anti vaxxer and it was removed LAST June…before there was a readily available vaccine. Are we serious?! Sadly…this is true. The rebel in me can’t stand it!! I am getting my hands on a copy of a DVD and will make sure that it is watched by many. This documentary is NOT misinformation and don’t tell me what I can and can’t watch! Grr… I found a way to watch it digitally which is great but I want to share it so I need the hard copy.
I think I started noticing that the energy was getting wonky yesterday. Emotions were running high. People were either ready to scream or cry and that was just at work. I feel like they were a little more angry when I was out and about running errands. My favorite stop was to the little garden center that just reopened. They are lacking in produce right now but my little friend greeted me with his wagging tail and demanding my attention, AKA pats. I love that dog! I was able to scope out their hanging baskets and I think I am going to change up my wreath on the front door. There is a certain hanging basket that I want and it’s flowers are purple. My wreath has fake red flowers, so I think it needs revamped.
The Girl has decided that we aren’t going to be chased from our front porch just because the neighbors across the street like to stare. We are claiming our space this year! Of course this is still a theory,so only time will tell. I am aiming for a magical space so fingers crossed.
In the middle of all of this pre full moon wild energy I got a bug up my butt…can I change over to a 100% all natural fabric wardrobe? Obviously, it will be a gradual process but can it be done? I don’t think the average person knows how much plastic they consume/wear/absorb on a daily basis. I even found scrubs that fit this criteria. It’s a thought….and I restrained myself from going through all of my clothes…barely, but I managed.
Thankfully tomorrow is Friday and next week is looking great with the weather…things are looking up….Zia
